Content Data Entry Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support a content migration project. This role will focus on manually transferring content from Strapi CMS to DatoCMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined content structures.

This is a short-term, task-focused role ideal for someone comfortable working inside content management systems and following structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manually migrate content from Strapi CMS to DatoCMS

• Follow established content models, field mappings, and migration guidelines

• Ensure all text, images, links, metadata, and relationships are transferred accurately

• Validate content after entry to confirm completeness and formatting

• Flag inconsistencies, missing content, or potential issues to the project lead

• Maintain clear progress tracking and meet agreed-upon deadlines

• Collaborate with the project team as needed for clarification or updates
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working with content management systems (CMS)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable performing repetitive, structured data entry tasks

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation

• Basic understanding of content types, fields, and relationships within a CMS

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

• Experience with Strapi, DatoCMS, or other headless CMS platforms

• Familiarity with website content structures (pages, components, metadata)
