We are looking to build a team of three freelance designers to assist with specific tasks in our projects.

This role is focused on delivering project-based assignments to support our internal design team.

It is not a part-time or full-time position but rather a project-based opportunity.

We're actively seeking an outstanding Senior Designer.

This is not a full-time position but a project-based freelance role, where you will be assigned specific tasks with clear deliverables. As a Senior Designer, you will contribute to design efforts, balancing brand and user experience to create engaging websites that drive conversions.

We seek a detail-oriented senior designer, with a profound understanding of user-centered design principles and excellent communication skills. E-commerce experience is a prerequisite. If you’ve previously held roles such as Product Design Manager, Senior Product Designer, UI & UX Mentor, UI/UX Design Senior Manager, your experience would be highly valued.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a mid level/senior Designer or equivalent role.

• Expertise in design, with a focus on creativity, brand identity, and user experience.

• Proven track record in e-commerce environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics.

• Creative skills are considered equally important as UX thinking.

• Experience leading client presentations 

• Extensive experience in agency settings, managing diverse client projects.

• Demonstrate the ability to enhance user experience and showcase tangible improvements made.

• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling techniques.

• Experience with prototyping and animations tools

• Experience in conducting international or cross-cultural user research.

• Hands-on experience with UX testing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field.
