I’m Federico, Director of Engineering here at VAAN. As we continue to grow and solidify our position as a trusted name in the industry, we’re looking for a Technical Leader to join us on this exciting journey.
At Vaan, we’re committed to technical excellence and building cohesive teams that deliver exceptional results. We specialize exclusively in Shopify solutions, and we’re now looking for a Technica Leader to guide one of our engineering squads. This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering the professional growth of the team. You’ll drive the technical delivery while overseeing your squad’s performance and development.
This role is crucial in shaping the work of one of our squads. You’ll lead technical analysis, architecting solutions, and guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with our standards and vision.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience mentoring or managing teams.
Proficient in technical architecture, scalable design, and modern engineering practices.
Strong experience with Shopify’s ecosystem (like Algolia, Recharge, Klaviyo)
Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
Since coding is a cornerstone of the job, you should be strong with Liquid, ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, JS, HTML, CSS, and GraphQL.
Experience integrating ERP or CMS platforms with Shopify projects.
